no refunds or exchanges at the Lux Rave Store.
in storetore pick up will be located at the back of the Lux Rave Store. when you arrive - there will be signage or a staff member to help point you in the right direction. you will need to show your order confirmation and photo ID.
if you are not able to pick up your order, your order will be refunded the week after EDC and you will be charged additional re-stocking fees.
